The New Rules

This is a three sides debate
Made Up of Three Teams of Three People each
The first speech is the first affirmative constructive. This speech is five minutes
After all three speeches are made there is a five minute cross examination period- all three people asking questions.
the second speech is five minute rebuttal speeches. The second speaker of each group gives this speech
After this this speech there is a four minute cross examination period all speakers asking questions (Both first and second speakers of each team)
The final speech is by the third speakers- a two minute summary of why their team won and why
